AURUM INTELLIGENCE · THE DESK IS ALWAYS STAFFED

A bespoke desk
for every asset.

Twelve trading desks — one per asset class — and seven per-league sports desks. Each one reads its own context, writes its thesis and the arguments against it, challenges its own call, and puts it to a committee vote before anything reaches you. Then the outcome is published, win or loss.

01 / THE ROSTER

Nineteen desks. Each one a specialist.

The unit of everything at AURUM is the per-asset desk — never a pooled average. A desk only reads the evidence its market actually produces, and a desk with too little history says so instead of guessing.

Each league desk researches its own dimensions — there is no universal sports model wearing seven jerseys. Leagues out of season produce nothing, and the record says exactly that.

02 / THE CHAIN

Nothing fires unargued.

Most signal products run a score past a threshold. AURUM runs a desk: the same signal has to survive its own counter-arguments and a committee vote — and most candidates don't. Refusal is a feature.

  1. IREAD

The desk assembles a standing context for its asset — asset, sector, and broad market — from the evidence its class actually produces. Thin reads trigger more gathering, not a guess.

  2. IIARGUE

Every read is written down as a thesis AND the arguments against it, stamped onto the signal at fire time. You can pull either side up in the terminal.

  3. IIICHALLENGE

The desk challenges its own call before it is allowed to stand. A failed self-challenge kills the fire — quietly, before anyone is bothered.

  4. IVCOMMITTEE

A committee votes FIRE, DOWNSIZE, or ABSTAIN. Risk checks — news blackouts, drawdown, liquidity, expected value, the desk's own open book — argue as voices in the room, not silent walls.

  5. VDELIVER & GRADE

Surviving fires are delivered in real time, then tracked to resolution. Stop hit, target hit, or matured — the outcome comes back to you and onto the public ledger either way.

When a delivered fire lands on one desk, correlated desks on the same underlier are actively consulted — equity fires can refer an options structure, spot crypto a perp expression, an index its ETF proxy, a major FX pair its correlated sibling. The referred desk must agree on its own evidence, or nothing happens.

03 / THE LEDGER

We don't sell a win rate.
We publish a ledger.

Anyone can screenshot a good week. AURUM's grading rules are built so the numbers can't flatter themselves — which is exactly why they're worth reading.

Signed R, net of cost

Trading desks are graded in signed R — winsorized, net-of-cost, managed outcomes. A win rate never appears without the sample size and the R that earned it.

CLV, not just W–L

Sports desks are graded on closing-line value in basis points — did the pick beat the number the market closed at? W–L rides alongside, never alone.

Small samples say so

Below the evidence threshold a desk is labeled INSUFFICIENT-N. It keeps working and keeps logging — it just doesn't get to claim anything yet.

Clean-cohort transparency

The terminal splits every record into all-time and since-the-clean-cut, so improvements in the system never quietly launder the older history.

Nulls render as nulls

When a number doesn't exist, you see a dash. Nothing is imputed, smoothed, or back-filled to look finished.

Losses are published

Every delivered signal is tracked to resolution and shown with its outcome — stop-outs included. The ledger is the sales pitch.

04 / DELIVERY

A doorbell and a trading floor.

Two surfaces, one rule, enforced in code: your phone only rings for things worth acting on. Everything else still exists — it just lives where noise belongs.

Telegram — the doorbell

HIGH-SIGNAL ONLY
  • · Tactical trades — entry zone, stop, scaled targets, sizing frame
  • · Stop-hit and target-hit lifecycle notices on those trades
  • · Regime briefings — week-ahead, midday, end-of-day
  • · Nothing else. Ever. The quiet is deliberate.

Discord — the floor

THE FIREHOSE
  • · Everything Telegram gets — plus every awareness card the desks produce
  • · Insider / congressional / whale / dark-pool event intelligence
  • · Trending & watchlist pre-positioning, conviction changes, resolutions
  • · Routed into per-class and per-league channels; high-conviction cross-posts

05 / THE MACHINERY

Specialists, clearly labeled.

The parts of the desk that execute run on paper and say so on every screen. When that changes, the badge changes — not the story.

MEME intelligence

GMGN-POWERED
  • · New launches run a multi-layer gauntlet before a desk will even look.
  • · Deployer-wallet history: how many launches this dev shipped, how many ever graduated.
  • · Holder chip analysis: sniper bots, bundlers, and concentration — read before entry, watched after.
  • · Smart-money and KOL tape as live voices in the desk's read.

The DEX sniper

SIM · MONEYLESS
  • · Every candidate gets a written verdict — ENTER, WATCH, or PASS — from a deterministic reasoning layer.
  • · Thesis vs counter-thesis with scenario probabilities on documented priors; a PASS can veto, an ENTER can never override a desk rejection.
  • · Runs simulated and moneyless. Its full decision trail — including every abstain — is in the terminal.

The execution bot

PAPER ONLY
  • · Sees every desk's tactical fires and argues which to take — committee action, expected value, strategy fit, and its own open book all speak.
  • · Every take AND every skip persists a plain-English rationale you can read.
  • · Paper by construction. Its ledger, positions, and reasoning are public in the terminal.
